Lesson Plan Templete

I'm always on the look-out for a lesson plan format that I can stick with and like.  I've used a lot of pre- made books.

This past weekend I made another one. I wanted my entire week on one page and I would love for it to be portrait style but its too small.
So far I'm really happy with this one.

 I hope someone can use it.
